Kathy Rohm

I took technical illustrating in college and headed up the art department in a printing company for 20 years.

Moved to Florida 10 years ago and took some stamping classes to meet friends.  Worked for 4 years in a scrapbook store and taught card making and scrapbooking classes.

Now I have a craft room set up for stamping.  I love “playing” with friends, learning new techniques and collecting lots of stamps and supplies.  It’s a wonderful way to relax and create.

Stamped image, colored with copics.  Matted, raised with foam tape.  Background – matted floral print.  Cut extra flowers and layered over image corners.  Added embellishments to lower left and upper right image.

Stamped image, colored with copic markers.  Matted, added lace and embellishments.

Printed verse, layered with spellbinders, die cut flower, stamped image, copic markers. (Web person note: It is hard to display just how pretty this card is. The verse is a “pop up” so the card has a 3-D effect.)

Stamped koi fish, colored using twinkling H20′s. Used copic markers around edges of fish. Layered, elevated with foam tape.  Background – woven paper.

Stamped image twice, colored with copic markers, cut & layered images, used crystal effects on roses and butterfly, added silver dots.

Stamped several images – used copic markers and crystal effects. Cut out and matted images, accordion folded card.
